Shipping policy

Orders are process and shipped within 5 business days from the time the order was received, unless order contains a pre-order item. A confirmation email with your shipment tracking and status will be sent when the order has shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS Ground (you’ll have a few options when you check out). Typically, USPS Ground Advantage takes between 2-7 working days, USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 days and UPS Ground takes 2-5 working days. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during national holidays.

Express (2-4 working days) - $15

Economy (3-8 working days) - $4.95 or free for orders over $100

Canada

Express (2-4 working days) - $15

Economy  (4-8 working days) - $10 or free for orders over $100
