Refund policy

RETURNS:

  1. Eligibility:

    • You have 5 days to email Irenejewelry83@gmail.com if you would like to return/exchange(must check availability for exchange) your order from the date it was delivered.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any scratc (including makeup), pet hair, distinct smells/odours , and with all product tags attached.
    • Items that cannot be returned include pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) for hygienic reasons and customized items.
  2. Defective or Incorrect Items:

    • If your item is defective or incorrect, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via email (Irenejewelry83@gmail.com). Failure to report within this timeframe will void your eligibility for a refund.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, contact us at irenejewelry83@gmail.com. If accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
    • All returns must be deposited to the courier on or before the 14th day from the delivery date.
    • All packages must have a tracking number. Lost packages without tracking information will not receive a refund.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return package. Please account for institutional processing times.
    • Unauthorized items or items not meeting the return policy will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

EXCHANGES:

  • We do not offer exchanges. Due to the high demand for our styles, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to receive will be in stock.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed as we begin processing them immediately. For further inquiries, contact us at Irenejewelry83@gmail.com with your order number.

REFUSED & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

  • Orders refused upon delivery or rendered undeliverable by the courier will incur a $4.95 handling fee.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

  • Sale items and purchases using a discount code as part of a sale promotion are final and cannot be returned for exchange or credit unless deemed faulty.
  • Faulty items: If an item is faulty and cannot be replaced or repaired, a refund will be issued. Report faulty items within 24 hours of delivery to Ireneanvarpour@gmail.com for assistance.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This must be done within 24 hours of delivery to ensure we can address the issue promptly.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Irene Anvarpour Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return items and PACKAGES LOST OR HELD BY CUSTOMS or the local post/courier.
  • We recommend sending returns via registered post and keeping the tracking number.
  • All refunds for approved returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, contact us at irenejewelry83@gmail.com.
